If you agree to work for a company, you may have to be sponsored by someone in the organization. This is a complicated process and there have been many human rights violations involving sponsorships. To conduct business in the country, and to enter and leave, you will require your sponsor's permission. This can be inconvenient and costly. It is never wise to agree to be sponsored by a very small company or an individual. There are many unscrupulous individuals who can manipulate sponsorship to basically make you a slave.
